AT THE MUNICIPAL, PROVINCIAL OR FEDERAL SERVICE LEVEL
 

Persons who are deaf or hard of hearing often need to utilize resources in the Family Court System, Tax Departments, Employment and Immigration, Health and Wellness, Municipal Affairs, Housing and Advanced Education and Corrections. Providing accessibility to this service will allow equal and immediate access to any Government Program or Services.

 
In some cases there will be a need for a live interpreter, but our service could be used for handling interchanges of information and recorded information to be reviewed with persons who are deaf or hard of hearing that require additional assistance to be sure they understand their situations, choices and decision making avenues.   Vital Communications Inc. - Providing a unique sign language and interpreter service using a communication system that provides the ability for the hearing communities to communicate with the deaf and hard of hearing communities.  
 
Prepared documents can also be loaded on the computer and individuals can have the information signed and/or spoken to them along with the text presentation. In addition, text written information recorded to a compact disc would be provided to any individual for future reference and review.
 
This would provide the individual with text information so that they may be able to reduce the amount of time and expense they have to meet with Lawyers, Counsellors, Federal Agents, etc. Family members will be confident that the right information is being provided to the individual wherever the individual needs are being serviced.
